Attorney Profile

I received a B.B.A. in General Business from Texas Tech University in 1990 and my law degree from Southern Methodist University's School of Law in 1995.  Prior to establishing my law practice, I worked as a trust officer for Bank of America and, more recently, as the in-house counsel for TriTech Software Development Corp., a leading provider of tax software to the insurance industry.  My law firm is a general practice and I take on a wide variety of legal matters.  If you have a need for an attorney, please don't hesitate to contact me about arranging a complimentary initial consultation.

Affordable Fees

Fees for my services are reasonably affordable.  I offer a variety of billing arrangements, including flat fee billing, hourly billing, and contingency fee arrangements.  My hourly billing rate is as low as $60 per hour.  I also have special first month billing for business clients starting at $50 per hour.  My flat rate billing is also similarly affordable.  For example, my fee for a simple will is as low as $75.

Flexible Appointment Times

Evening and weekend appointments are available for my clients on request and I of course have appointments available during normal business hours.  Just call ahead to make and arrangements will be made for a time convenient to you.
